Urschel’s new TranSlicer 2510 Cutter features easy maintenance, increased positive product flow and decreased operational costs. The new machine accepts: input of compressible food products up to 8 in. (203 mm) in diameter, or firm, round products such as cabbage up to 6-3/4 in. (171 mm) in diameter. Features include: an additional stop button located opposite the electrical enclosure, more sloped surfaces including the redesigned electrical enclosure and bottom feed pan and stainless steel guardlocks.
