A new line of mid-size internal combustion (IC) pneumatic tire forklift trucks is available in five capacities, ranging from 8,000 to 12,000 lb. The trucks are designed for heavy-duty applications, and offer several new product enhancements. Depending on the model, features include liquid propane or diesel fuel; heavy-handling features, standard two-speed forward and one-speed reverse transmission, and EPA-compliant envirO2 engines. Optimal travel and lift speeds offer efficient movement over travel distances, and a new digital display provides vital information at the operator’s fingertips. An integrated presence system temporarily disengages drive and hydraulic functions if the operator leaves the normal operating position.
