Metalfab offers a rugged line of bin activators designed and engineered to deliver product quality, reliability and low maintenance. Available in sizes from 2 to 16 ft. diameter, each bin activator incorporates a dual-baffle design that delivers continuous flow of dry materials without plugging, jamming or bridging and an endless, beaded flexible sleeve 7/16-in. thick with a puncture-proof, three-ply reinforcement. Each activator also features solid steel suspension arms (bolted at 90°) that can support up to 500,000 lbs. each to ensure the bin activator remains attached to the bin and cannot move off center. The units have a unitized vibrator and motor in a single sealed enclosure with no belts to slip or break.
