Used to drive applications such as conveyor systems, packaging equipment, metering devices and commercial appliances, Bodine WX gearmotors feature steel helical gears and synthetic lubricant. The new steel gearing is designed to AGMA 9 standards, or higher, for quiet operation; the synthetic lubricant improves life, and allows the unvented gearmotors to operate over a wide temperature range. Gear ratios range from 4:1 to 312:1. The gearmotors are paired with Bodine’s 3-wire reversible 34R (4 in.-diameter), single-phase, 1/7hp (107 watts) motor winding. The 12 WX stock models can also be configured to feature a 3-hole mounting pattern via a bolt-on adaptor plate.
