Developed for all sizes of breweries, the Hamilton Beverly portable dissolved oxygen meter has a DO sensor that eliminates the need for polarization prior to use. A self-diagnostic functionality shows sensor quality status and detects any malfunctions. The meter monitors dissolved oxygen during or after filtration, as well in the exhaust gas of vessels during CO2 flushing after vessel cleaning; it also checks bright beer before bottling. Calibration is password protected and can be performed in the field without removing the sensor.
