Used for the high-speed sealing of lightweight cases down to 3 in. in height, the A-B-C small case sealer has a pacer belt case transfer that automatically spaces cases whether they are fed apart or back to back; the side belt transfer controls the cases as they are conveyed. A servo-operated rotating inner flap tucker positively folds and closes the inner flaps, while contoured, cast aluminum folders crease and fold the large outer flaps as cases are transferred. An exterior-mounted tape head seals the cases with tape. Gull wing-style, high-visibility doors securely enclose the machine and halt production when opened.
