Designed according to CE, FDA and HACCP regulations, the FAM Centris 315 compact vegetable and fruit centrifugal slicer and shredder’s drive, product and electronic zones are completely separated from each other. Product is fed through the infeed chute, enters the rotating impeller’s cutting compartments and is then held against the inner surface of the cutting head assembly by centrifugal force and an impeller wheel. The cutting head assembly consists of 12 stationary cutting stations. Interchangeable cutting heads offer a variety of cuts and shapes, such as flat, crinkle cut and V-shaped, oval, julienne and wide ribbon-cut strips.
