Cantilevered bulk bag filler

A new bulk bag filler with cantilevered fill head is offered with performance options including: a roller conveyor; inflator to expand the bag prior to filling; automated vibratory densification/deaeration system to stabilize the bag; and material delivery system integrated with the user's process equipment or bulk storage vessels. The unit features a cantilevered fill head with powered fill head height adjustment that accommodates all popular bag sizes, pneumatically retractable bag hooks, an inflatable connector to seal the bag inlet spout, and a feed chute vent for dust-free air displacement during filling. Two configurations are offered: with filler mounted on load cells to measure weight gain of the entire bulk bag filler; and with weigh hoppers suspended above the filler, allowing higher filling rates through simultaneous recharging of the happer and replacement of the bag.
