Urschel's DiversaCut 2110 dicer offers a range of cut sizes including flat slices from 1/16-in. to 1-in., crinkle slices from 1/6-in. to 5/8-in., circular knife cuts from 1/8-in. to 3-in., and crosscut knife cuts from 1/8-in. to 1-in. Able to input product up to 10-in. in any dimension, the dicer features a stainless steel construction, hinged access panels and lubrication points located on the exterior of the machine. It is available with a stainless steel motor in either a 5 HP variable frequency drive or across-the-line/direct-online drive starting in a 5 or 10 HP.
