Two managers at Gough Econ, Inc., purchased the company from the previous owner, Gough Holdings, Ltd.

Two managers at Gough Econ, Inc., purchased the company from the previous owner, Gough Holdings, Ltd. The new owners David Risley and Don Clavert now serve as president and CEO, respectively.

Anheuser-Busch named Mark Bobak as group vice president and chief legal officer. He formerly served as vice president of corporate human resources. Joseph Castellano assumes the position of vice president of corporate human resources. Prior to this appointment, he served as vice president of retail marketing. James Hoffmeister has been named group vice president of procurement, logistics and agricultural resources. Previously, Hoffmeister served as vice president of administration and special services.

Hormel Foods' Board of Directors elected Jeffrey Ettinger president and chief operating officer. He will oversee the grocery, refrigerated, specialty and turkey segments of the company. Ettinger previously served as chief information officer.

James George was promoted to vice president, packaging with Hershey Food Corp. George is responsible for the structural and graphic design, development and procurement of packaging materials for the corporation.

Linda Hefner joined Kraft Foods as executive vice president, global strategy & business development, where she will be responsible for corporate strategy and merger and acquisition activities. Hefner formerly held several strategy and marketing positions with Sara Lee.

The Kellogg Co. named John Bryant president of Kellogg International. He formerly served as chief financial officer of Kellogg International. Succeeding Bryant in this position is Jeffrey Boromisa, who was the corporate controller and chief financial officer of Kellogg International. Jeffrey Montie was appointed as president of Kellogg North America. Prior, he was president of Morning Foods North America.

Hain Celestial Group will acquire Ethnic Gourmet and Rosetto brands from H.J. Heinz Co. Separately, Hain Celestial reached an agreement with Sesame Workshop to create co-branded natural food products for children including cereals, snacks, cookies and crackers, under the Earth's Best brand using Sesame Street characters.

Ralcorp Holdings closed its Carriage House Companies plant in Kansas City, KS in July. The closure affected 45 employees. Production of the mayonnaise and salad dressing products made in Kansas City will be relocated to the other five operating Carriage House facilities. Ralcorp plans to sell the facility and related real estate.
