Conventional mixers and manual dough handling can be replaced with a single high speed ABM 1000 Mixer, according to Advanced Food Systems. Mixing bowls and troughs are replaced with a simple/safe dough conveyor. One mixer can feed multiple process lines. The company also has test mixers available for trials.
