Overhead sizing and distribution

The poultry cut-up overhead system from Gainco allows birds left over from the whole bird distribution processes to remain on the line to be halved and quartered. The birds are hung from both legs and rotated according to requirements for further processing. The system can run at line speeds up to 12,000 shackles per hour (200 shackles per minute).
