Urschel's Comitrol processor model 3600 is designed for bakery and snack food rework applications in which the product has a cream, fruit or jelly-filled component. Using the principle of incremental shear, the unit cuts the product into precise increments. One of eight Comitrol processor machines, the unit performs in both pilot and full-scale production lines.
