The PDX Sonic batch processing system is a self-contained, fully integrated processing system that can mix, pump, homogenize and cook ingredients simultaneously. The company says the systems uses "supersonic shockwave" technology to reduce cleaning time by up to 80%. The unit's reactor system replaces conventional multi-stage food production processes.
