UE Systems' Ultraprobe 201 Grease Caddy includes a magnetic mount probe and holster so that users mount the device directly to the grease gun or put it in a holster and can wear it on their belts while lubricating bearings. The probe's sensing element detects ultrasound and filters out low-frequency signals, allowing users to hear bearing sounds while applying lubricant. While listening through headphones and observing a meter, users will know when enough lubricant has been added, says the company.
