Processing system

Armfield's FT 94 processing system is designed for operation as both a stand-alone unit for product trials and for integration into a full processing system with the capability of aseptic packaging of processed product. The system offers two heat exchanger options: plate and concentric tubular types. The unit is powered by steam. Product main heating is by steam through the heat exchanger surface. Both product pre-heat and heating temperatures are automatically controlled and set points are defined by the user. The unit incorporates CIP and SIP functions.
