The Exosex system is a replacement for fumigation products such as Methyl Bromide to control stored-product moths such as the Indian Meal moth. The system uses a patented, food-grade powder that adheres to insects. The powder, formulated with the female sex pheromone, is placed in specially designed dispensers. Adult male moths pick up the powder, which confuses them and prevents them from finding females. They become mobile lure for other males, reducing mating.
