Graphalloy conveyor roller end bearing assemblies are designed to provide solutions for conveyors operating in high temperatures where dry running is required or where applying lubricant is difficult. The hex adapter new assemblies consist of a Graphalloy bushing, standard wear washer and flanged sleeve with hex adapter to suit a range of application requirements. The unit performs in temperature extremes (-400°F to 1,000°F) and is self-lubricating for run dry capabilities. The company says there is no product contamination that may occur due to oil or grease as used with conventional bearings. FDA grades are available and assemblies may be retrofitted.
