At speeds as low as 6 RPM, Lee’s blender can efficiently mix products with viscosities over 1 million CPS.  The agitator can also be designed to mix mashed potatoes at 80 RPM.  The unit can also blend items such as ground beef, chunky stews, pie filling and cooked rice. The equipment is rugged, but gentle enough not to damage whole fruits and vegetables, says the company. Options for pressure/vacuum and tilting are also available.
