Ashworth’s clean-in-place (CIP) system has a mixing chamber paired with a spray bar and nozzles for a complete conveyor belt-cleaning environment.  The mixing chamber mixes water and air to create microscopic water droplets, then expels the droplets at a rate in excess of 600 miles/hour. Penetrating belt openings and crevices, the droplets produce a soft-feeling spray to minimize belt damage and aerosol contamination. The system uses less water than traditional systems, resulting in water and energy savings.
