Hinds-Bock’s pre-depositing muffin lines are available in sizes for production rates from 264 to 800 muffins/min. Automatic tray denesting, automatic paper cup denesting and batter depositing using Hinds-Bock’s industrial depositor are included. The industrial depositor utilizes diving spouts for clean depositing of most viscous batters, including those containing a high concentration of frozen fruit or berries. Optional modules include a moist streusel depositor, a dry ingredient topper for nuts, sugar, chocolate chips, sprinkles and oat flakes, and an extra large intermediate hopper that accepts multiple batches from mixing bowls and can be insulated.
