It cuts in a range of thicknesses from 1mm to 30mm; consistently shingled or stacked slices are possible. A planetary action-slicing blade is coupled with a synchronized belt and gripper feed system for precise slicing. With a double-wing blade, the slicer can make up to 800 cuts/min. Interleaving, underleaving, checkweighing and automatic loading options are available.
