Designed for ready meal lines, the Hinds-Bock Servo diving and traveling spout bridge moves the filling spouts with the continuously moving trays during the filler cycle; an interface panel program change adjusts the amount of product spread. Operators change over to different trays and different tray pitches with a push button on the screen of the color operator interface panel. The bridge is compatible with products such as gravy, mash potatoes and particulate products like macaroni and cheese or fettuccini Alfredo.
