Using no recycled cleaning materials, the JBT FoodTech Frigoscandia GYRoCOMPACT M10 tight curve spiral freezer has a fully seam-welded enclosure and an optional steam-in-freezer defrost and sanitation system. The freezer features a hygienic coil design, FRIGoBELT conveyor, self-stacking stainless steel belt and internal single-pass clean-in-place system. A fan-driven air balance tunnel minimizes the amount of moisture entering the spiral through the infeed and outfeed openings and provides an optional solution for sequential defrost.
