Engineered for dilute phase pneumatic conveying systems, the Flexicon  stainless steel vacuum receiver comes with a pneumatically actuated dump valve.  The receiver has a clamp-together design that facilitates tool-free disassembly for filter cleaning and maintenance. The modular design also permits the addition of cylinder segments for increased holding volume. The flap-type dump valve is actuated by a pneumatic cylinder via a manual contact closure or programmable controls based on weight gain, elapsed time or other user-defined parameters. It employs a single large-diameter filter cartridge to simplify filter changes. Automatic reverse pulse jet cleaning of the filter element maintains conveying efficiency during operation.
