Xchanger D-Series heat exchangers cool conveying air and prevent the cycle of evaporation and condensation, without dehumidification equipment. The unit first filters the air and allows it to cool and dehumidify 1,000 scfm of air from ambient to 45°F using propylene glycol. Then, it reheats the air to 70°F using 90 psig steam, resulting in 70°F, 40% relative humidity air. In the final stage, air passes through a 99.97% efficient HEPA filter that is in its own housing box.
