Madison MPW food processing microbiocide
Created for use in federally inspected meat, poultry and seafood processing installations, Madison MPW liquid microbiocide or antimicrobial intervention chemical is a mixture of peracetic acid, hydrogen peroxide, acetic acid, proprietary ingredients and water. Offering bactericidal and fungicidal activity against a range of microorganisms, including E. coli, E. coli 0157:H7, Listeria and Salmonella, it can be used in cold or warm water, tolerates water hardness and imparts no taste, odor or color to the treated foods. Kosher approved, it can be applied directly in or on food products in accordance with 21 CFR 173.315 and 21 CFR 73.370 and meets NOP (Organic) standards per 7 CFR 205.605.
