Used with tray lines and horizontal vacuum formers, the Hinds-Bock 6-piston, 4-oz. 6P-04 filler has a servo motor that moves the entire unit to spread product during the fill cycle or to shift the unit to fill multiple targets. The filler includes positive shutoff spouts with an adjustable blow-off feature, a tool-free tilt hopper and spout plate. The filler is intended for value-added vacuum pack applications, such as adding sauces, marinades, gravies or liquid seasoning to meat, poultry and fish.
