The Italvacuum Model E1S fixed-shelf vacuum tray dryer has a 40-cu.-ft. chamber volume and includes 9 heated/cooled shelves with 36 removable trays. It can be supplied with the Italvacuum Saurus piston-type vacuum pump, which produces an ultimate vacuum level of 0.03 millibar, or it can be used with other conventional vacuum pump technologies.
