Belt alignment system

Combining the self-energized, self-guiding RJS Disciplign belt guide with a conveyor nose bar, the RJS nose guide assembly belt alignment system is used with thin, flat conveyor belts to minimize off-tracking. With the system, a flat-belt conveyor may be used in close proximity to an adjacent conveyor or subsequent machinery without creating a gap, making it suitable for transferring small products. The system can be customized in belt widths from 12 to 52 in., retrofitted to existing conveyor systems or incorporated into new designs. An optional stainless steel version is available.
