It will include a 50,000-sq.-ft. corporate office and a 400,000-sq- ft. production and sales distribution center. Construction will begin early this year with plans for facility operations beginning in mid-2008.
Mexico’s principal dairy products firm, Grupo Lala, opened a new plant in Tecate, Baja California. The plant has the capacity to process 150,000 liters a day of locally produced milk for distribution in the states of Baja California and Baja California Sur.
