Coca-Cola Bottling Company of Shreveport, LA began construction on a new $10 million distribution center and warehouse to replace its existing facility. The new 15-acre facility includes warehouse and office space plus ten loading docks.



Coca-Cola bottler Embotelladoras Arca SAB (Arca, Mexico) has begun operation at its expanded plant in Culiacan, Mexico. The $27.5 million project is expected to increase the plant’s yearly capacity by 30%.



Twin Rivers Technologies - Entreprises de transformation de graines oleagineuses du Quebec (ETGO) is expected to begin production in March or April at its new soybean and canola oil refinery in Becancour, QC, Canada. The $153 million project is expected to employ 80 people.



McLane Company has started site preparation for a grocery distribution center located on a 132-acre site in Republic, MO. The facility is expected to employ 300 to 400 people and serve grocery stores, restaurants and convenience stores in Missouri and surrounding states.



Celestial Seasonings plans to remodel and expand its Boulder, CO building at 6325 Spine Road.



Huy Fong Foods is in negotiation with the city of Irwindale, CA to purchase a 23-acre site because it is outgrowing its 68,000 sq.-ft. facility in Rosemead, CA. If the deal goes through, Huy Fong intends to construct a 626,000 sq.-ft. building.
