Frying oil filtration system

A new filtration system uses centrifugal force to remove particles as small as five microns from hot frying oil. The MicroMax MX-30 cleans 30 gallons of frying oil per minute. By using a centrifuge, more oil can be extracted from the fines, so less oil is lost in the process; oil and product quality is improved; and free fatty acids are prevented from accumulating in the oil. Because of the popularity of fine flour product coatings, the unit's use of a centrifuge to filter cooking oil continuously brings a new level of efficiency to hot frying oil cleanliness.
