Holjeron's ZoneLink technology for connecting powered roller control zones to conveyor systems includes four products that may be mixed and matched in a material handling system. The products include: driver modules that drive and protect motorized rollers and have no additional control logic; zero-pressure accumulation (ZPA) modules with built-in logic to perform single-zone ZPA and may or may not directly drive a motorized roller; controllers designed to be combined with driver modules to perform multi-zone ZPA or combined with ZPA modules to do merges, diverts and transfers; and interfaces that tie systems and equipment together but don't perform direct zone control.
