Designed to allow for the automation of minor and micro ingredients, the DosiBox from AZO is a 30-cu.-ft. semi-bulk portable container constructed of food grade polyethylene (or stainless steel) and equipped with an integrated metering screw that delivers accuracy to within 15 grams. Because it uses only one motor to activate all the screw feeders in the system, the product provides a cost-effective way for manufacturers to automate their minor and micro ingredients, says the company.
