In an effort to comply with HACCP guideline EG 93/43, EFAFLEX designed the SRT-CR hygienic rapid-roller door. There are no hidden or inaccessible niches because of swivel-mounted flaps that serve as main parts of the doorframe and cover as well as openable and latchable top covers, says the company. Framework and covers are made of stainless steel. The company says the door curtain complies with guidelines relevant to food production, processing and packaging and all electrical components comply with class IP 65 and are protected against humidity and water.
