For use with clean room conveyors and automatic doors, Intech Power-Core rollers use composite tires installed over roller or needle bearings that are developed from a load calculation based on size and life expectancy. Manufactured to bear high loads, the rollers resist flat development, reduce shock and noise, and provide dimensional stability in moisture and extreme temperature environments. They also resist chemicals, cavitation and abrasion from friction or fluids during operation or washdown.
