Nine models of pan and tray trucks are available from Durham for use as all-purpose work transporters in situations where product needs to cool or dry in commercial bakeries and for movement of packaged goods. The trucks feature all-welded steel construction iron and are designed to accommodate perforated and solid removable work bearing trays.
