Chocolate bar packaging
Schubert’s packaging machine erects packaging boxes from flat blanks and fills them with chocolate bars. While chocolate bars are usually grouped with the aid of grouping chains or race-track collators, this machine uses four-axis robots to complete the process. Three TLM-F44 robots can group 600 bars a minute on a continuously moving grouping belt. When the product layers are positioned on the belt and ready for packaging, they are picked up by a TLM-F2 robot and placed in the erected boxes.
