With hole diameters of 0.9mm and the capability to produce 7,400 holes per revolution, Schober’s small-hole rotary punching module for tear-off perforations can be used with an offset or gravure printing press to produce tear-off coupons, tear-off promotional items, etc. Proper registration is ensured through the close proximity of the punching tools; manual registration settings and adjustments between the sections are also possible. The module is 19 in. wide and requires minimal floor space.
