The FL2000 palletizer includes on-machine I/O electrical components. Strategically placed interlocked doors with Lexan – or optional mesh – panels facilitate viewing and access to interior components to ease maintenance needs. A variable-frequency drive-controlled electric row pusher drive and centering side retainers, with smart squeeze, control pattern forming operations. A moveable infeed tunnel provides additional operator protection while allowing easy access to the infeed side. Other features include Category 3-rated electrical components and a heavy-duty formed steel construction.
