Used for fat analysis and contaminant detection, the Eagle FA 720 PRO X-ray inspection system utilizes dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry technology to measure the amount of X-rays that are absorbed by the fat content and lean meat through the use of 2 specific X-ray energies. It also verifies weight and inspects for contaminants such as metal, glass, stone and calcified bone at speeds up to 160 tons of bulk/carton meat per hr. The system has integration capabilities into a remote server access and networking program. A built-in modem and Ethernet card are included for remote technical support.
