The Grote AP Series Waterfall topping applicator automatically applies a variety of toppings including shredded cheese, dry ingredients and individually quick frozen meats and vegetables onto pizza crusts, French bread or bagels. Manufactured of corrosion-resistant stainless steel, the applicator uses FDA-compatible thermoplastics in all food and splash zones. Options include a 3-belt return conveyor system, adjustable height rake assembly with indicator scale and single-point adjustment, and automatic hopper level control.
