Engineered for the high-volume production of poultry, meat, prepared foods and bakery products, Heat and Control spiral ovens are available with an internal, integrated system to enhance product color. A single centerline-mounted fan distributes air in a 360° pattern for uniform heating over all conveyor tiers from all angles. Steam, dry heat or a combination of both are independently controlled. Fully modulating moisture control and natural gas burners or thermal fluid heating produce steady cooking. Available with single and twin drums, the ovens have insulated double-wall enclosures.
