Bulk bag unloader with integral screener

The Hapman bulk bag unloader with an integral screener removes tramp material, large clumps or unwanted solids at the point of unloading. The pneumatic bag agitators move compacted forms of material down toward the screener. The unloader handles any low-quality sediment in the bulk bags. The screened material is automatically dumped into smaller sacks or totes for transport to storage, or is discharged into a hopper with a conveyor for transport directly into the process.
