The RGF PHI Treatment Tunnel-PLUS system fully treats meat products without affecting their taste or appearance. The stainless steel tunnel is mounted around a self-contained, variable speed conveyor designed for the weight load, size and shape of the product volume to be treated; the dry environment process incorporates high-intensity, targeted ultraviolet light and photohydroionization. The all-natural photohydroionization technology has been validated for the control of Salmonella, Listeria monocytogenes, E. coli O157:H7, Staphylococcus aureus, mold yeast and viruses.
