Mixer seals material
When used in food mixer seals, Metallized Carbon Corporation Metcar Grade M-58 electrographite base material reduces their friction and improves their dry running wear rate; the primary seal rings can be used in temperatures between -30°F and 800°F. The self-lubricating material is FDA approved for food contact applications.
