Tray sealing system
With the SEALPAC TraySkin system, products are vacuum packaged directly on the tray, which is hermetically sealed with a transparent barrier skin film. It is suitable for all fresh and frozen foods such as meat, poultry, seafood, snacks or frozen dinners with multiple components, as long as certain physical prerequisites are provided. The TraySkin xplus system is used for voluminous or bulky products including larger pieces of meat or whole roasts with product protrusions up to 90mm above the tray edge. The TraySkin xplus system is available in a variety of formats, from standard to super sizes, and with customized options. All TraySkin variations can be produced on SEALPAC A-series traysealers.
