Used for granulating, drying and coating particle sizes from 10 µm to 2 mm, the laboratory-scale version of the Romaco Innojet VENTILUS V 5 processing machine includes a cylindrical product container with homogeneous flow conditions inside to promote gentle intermixing of a batch. The process air is controlled by a container bottom consisting of overlapping circular plates. The airflow bed technology controls product movement and the application of spray liquids.
