Urschel Laboratories introduced a Double Ring Slicing Head for its new and installed Model CC Slicers. This patented slicing head features shoes (housing for the knife and knife holder) which are adjustable both at the upper and lower support rings.
According to Urschel, this improved head design increases slice accuracy and reduces downtime associated with routine knife replacement and knife alignment. The Double Ring Slicing Head comes in MAB (manganese aluminum bronze) flat crinkle and v-slice configurations and will soon be available in stainless steel.
